Armenian acting Transport and Communication Minister Andranik Manukian said in Tehran April 14, Iran's Mehr News reports. Manukian said the project would cost $1 billion, and they are trying to find an investor. There is an existing railroad between Iran and Armenia, but it is not in use, because it passes through Nakhichevan, which is a region disputed between Armenia and Azerbaijan Republic.</p></div></body>
