Continuing his campaign against the climate change and IPCC hype, he said environmentalists, not scientists, have seized on the issue and are promoting a global agenda which he likened to Marxists trying to impose global planning. Klaus said, "Let's bring the debate to whether the 0.6 (degree Celsius warming over the last century) is much or little, how much Man has contributed to the warming and ... if there is anything at all Man can do about it."</p><p>Klaus's remarks came during a presentation May 16 on his book, <em>Blue, Not a Green Planet</em> , at the Cafe Slavia in Prague, reported Associated Press.</p></div></body>
