The administration wants to pay off Wall Street early even if it means kids on Main Street have to do without." Nunez may finally grasp why LaRouche PAC and the LYM urged him, and the state's Democratic Party, to oppose the November 2006 so-called Schwarzenegger infrastructure bond initiatives pushed by George Shultz and Felix Rohatyn. The bond offerings were grossly inadequate for the real infrastructure needs of the state, LaRouchePAC argued, and would load the state up with debt, which could only be covered by implementing draconian budget cuts--precisely what Arnie is demanding now. Lyndon LaRouche warned that Shultz and Rohatyn would use the unmanageable debt created by this plan to demand that their enforcer push the state to privatize infrastructure projects, in keeping with the anti-FDR, anti-government, fascist economic paradigm they wish to impose.

Nunez, who for a year had been praising Schwarzenegger's "post-partisan" reincarnation as a model for "good government," seems to be acknowledging the fraud. He called the budget "reminiscent of the pre-post-partisanship Governor."
