Halliburton CEO David Lesar, who relocated to Dubai this month, said the company plans to list its stock on the United Arab Emirates' exchange, and is looking for some long-term investors. Lesar said that the company wants to supplant its U.S. work with jobs servicing the national oil companies of the producing regions, according to Bloomberg.

Lesar failed to mention that the move will increase the difficulty of prosecuting the company, should any honest investigation occur in the post-Cheney era. Several Congressional committees continue to investigate Halliburton for contracting fraud in Iraq.
